copied from a few sources on various forums, could be outdated.

Note: This is for all the new people for IRC
Note: All these commands are to be entered on IRC only.

Register Nickname

This is register your nickname, on your desired nickname type:

Syntax: /ns register Password Password Email Email

Register Your Desired Channel

To register your very own chat room type:

/join #Channel

and after you have joined your desired channel type: /cs register #Channel Password Description

Access:

To add access: /cs access #Channel add nick level
To delete access: /cs access #Channel del Nick
To view the list of access in a channel type: /cs access #Channel list

Access Levels: 0-1 = Normal User, 2-3 = Voice, 4 = Half Operator, 5-9 = Channel Operator, 10-9999 = AdminOperator

Signs: (+v) Voice (%h) Halfop (@o) Operator

Modes: +v = Voice, +h = Halfop, +o = Operator, +ao = AdminOP, +qo = Owner(Founder)

To give someone a temp rank, /mode #Channel +MODE UserName

Akick:

Akick stands for: AutoKick which means when the desired nick has been akicked when ever they join they will be auto kick banned, make sure you delete they're access after they are on the akick list or they could delete their self from akick

Adding a user to akick: /cs akick #Channel add Nick Reason
Deleting from akick: /cs akick #Channel del Nick
Akick list: /cs akick #Channel view
Owner Only: /cs levels #Channel dis akick

If you akick yourself make sure you do /cs akick #Channel del YourOwnNickName

Mlocking:

Mlocking means ModeLocking so people cannot unset modes

Syntax: /cs set #Channel mlock +ModesWanted
To unset mlock /cs set #Channel mlock +nrt
then /cs clear #Channel modes

You want to mlock +nt for security when you mlock and unset
Note: for all modes please type /helpop CHMODES

Secureops:

Secureops make it so when you do /mode #Channel +o (or +h) NickName
it will go back to -h or -o it wont stay and the Syntax to undo that is:

/cs set #Channel secureops off
On:
/cs set #Channel secureops on

Some reasons for turning on: make your channel safe your other ops cannot give ops to other people, but i recommend to just add access not temp ops.

Auto On Join:

What i mean by this is on join everyone will get +o +v +h or what ever, now with this you have got to be careful with +o or +h and +ao etc you probly would want to mlock +Qnt because +Q means no kicks and disable akick, but dont worry for autovoice: Command bellow

/cs levels #Channels set autoMODE -1

autoMODE: MODES, voice, op, voice, halfop

Good Luck.

Banning:

Banning with a service bot:

!kb NickName Reason
/cs ban #Channel Nickname Reason
/mode #Channel +b Nick/Host
Mute Someone: /mode #Channel +b ~q:NickName
Banning a channel from their users joining urs: /mode #Channel +b ~c:#Channel
Banning Someone from chaning their nick: /mode #Channel +b ~n:TheirNickname

Linking A Channel:

/cs set #Channel1 mlock +ntlL 1 #Channel2

You would replace #Channel1 with your current channel and #Channel2 with the one you want it to link to.

Turning Off Sensor

This will tell you how to turn off censor eg: links, swear words eg: **********

Use: /mode YourName -f

Flooding Control:

Joining control: +j 2:10

That would allow each user to /hop 2 times in 10 seconds

For flood control (in lines spamming etc)

/bs kick #Channel flood on Times-Till-Ban Lines Seconds

Eg /bs kick #IRCHelp flood on 3 10 5

That would kick you if you did 10 lines in 5 seconds and on the 3rd kick it would ban you

also /ns recover nick passhere works to.

If you have any problems just ask about irc, swiftirc commands are a bit different to normaly server as they change recently a lot of stuff to attempt to make it safer, like the reason to type your password type to registering. Didnt use to be like that.
